Checklist for the Wine Century Club

De_longs_imageThe husband and wife team of Deborah and Steve De Long has assembled a periodical chart of wine varietals listing their general characteristics and names in many of the major wine producing regions around the world. For about $30 you can get the chart in poster form for your wine cellar. I sure hope that its plastic coated to withstand wine splatters and to allow you to check off each varietal with a dry-erase marker that you taste on your way to the Wine Century Club.
